5. Minimum Booking and Service Time


Some services may be subject to a minimum booking time. Minimum service requirements, travel fees, and other applicable charges will be communicated before or at the time of booking.

6. Booking Confirmation


A booking is considered confirmed only after we approve the requested service date and time. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel a booking if:

  • The requested service is outside our service area

  • The requested date or time is unavailable

  • The information provided is incomplete or inaccurate

  • Conditions at the property make the service unsafe or impractical

7. Access to Property


The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If we are unable to access the property, or if access is significantly delayed, additional charges may apply, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

8. Customer Responsibilities


Before the appointment, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and address information

  • Informing us of any parking, access, or entry instructions

  • Securing pets where necessary

  • Removing fragile, valuable, or personal items from the work area

  • Advising us of any material sensitivities, damage, or special concerns

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable furniture, loose carpet seams, weakened fibers, discoloration, wear, or issues caused by age and prior condition.

9. Stain and Odor Removal Disclaimer


While we use professional cleaning methods and make every reasonable effort to achieve the best possible result, complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

Results depend on many factors, including:

  • Type of stain or contamination

  • Age of the stain

  • Material and fiber type

  • Previous cleaning attempts

  • Extent of penetration into the surface or padding

  • Permanent discoloration or damage

Some stains, odors, or marks may be reduced but not fully removed.

10. Drying Time


Drying time may vary depending on the service performed, airflow, humidity, temperature, material type, and level of cleaning required. We do not guarantee exact drying times.

Customers should use caution on recently cleaned surfaces until fully dry.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling


If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or missed appointment fee in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • No-show appointments

  • Inability to access the property

  • Incorrect address or booking information provided by the customer

12. Payment Terms


Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept payment by methods such as:

  • E-transfer

  • Cash

  • Credit card, where available

If card payments are accepted, processing fees may apply.

Failure to make payment may result in additional collection steps or refusal of future service.

13. Refunds


Refunds are not automatically provided once a service has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within a reasonable time after the service so we can review the issue. Where appropriate, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Re-inspect the area

  • Offer a touch-up or partial re-service

  • Consider a partial refund

Any refund or resolution is determined case by case.
